CONNOR HALLIDAY WENT videogame. Marquess Wilson was amazing. The defense closed down when they needed to and the WSU special teams, after a night of give, give, give, they took away -- and when they needed it most. Add it all up and WSU upset Arizona State 37-27.

Halliday threw for more yards than anybody has in the Pac-12 this season -- 494 yards to be exact.

He had 4 TDs, and no interceptions, after coming in for Marshall Lobbestael on the third offensive series.

He never came out.

His favorite target was Wilson, who had a monster game with 223 receiving yards and three touchdowns.

A number of those grabs by Wilson came on sterling, highlight reel receptions.

WSU had 590 yards in total offense, to ASU's 411.

The Cougs, under Halliday's direction, had an 8-17 mark on third down conversions, while the Cougar D limited ASU to 5-16.

We'll have more a little later on...
