Washington State's Spokane Week underway

WASHINGTON STATE's Spokane Week kicked off Monday morning with a breakfast and continues with a noon coaches' luncheon featuring Mike Leach and Bill Moos at the Red Lion at the Park. Later on Monday, the Cougs will hold a Ladies Night Out with WSU Coaches and Administrators, featuring women's basketball coach June Daugherty, at Ferrante's from 6-8 p.m.

Tuesday will see a Golfing with the Cougs event at the Circling Raven Golf Club and Wednesday night will feature the Great Games in Cougar History at EPIC at Northern Quest Resort & Casino. CouGreats Jason Gesser and Billy Newman will be on hand to relieve WSU's 2001 Sun Bowl victory over Purdue.

Additional events during Spokane Week include a Tuesday night Cougar Happy Hour at the Post Street Ale House from 4-6 p.m. with Cougar Hall of Famer Mark Rypien in attendance.

Friday's Burgers with Bill Moos runs from noon-1 p.m. at The Ref in Spokane Valley followed by a golf outing at Circling Raven Golf Course from 1-6 p.m.

The week concludes Saturday with the Crimson and Gray Game at Joe Albi Stadium at 1 p.m. followed by an hour-long autograph session on the field.
