Drive Chart: Halliday on fire, but not enough

SEATTLE — The last Seattle game for the foreseeable future perhaps was the most entertaining in the series. And one that Washington State, with Connor Halliday wheeling and dealing, finally appeared poised to win until River Cracraft fumbled a punt return at midfield that set up the go-ahead touchdown for Rutgers in the Cougars’ season-opening 41-38 loss Thursday night at CenturyLink Field.
