IT APPEARED THAT Washington State’s offense might get on track when Luke Falk found Keith Harrington for a 24-yard touchdown pass. But that was the highlight of the game as the Cougars suffered perhaps the most embarrassing defeat in program history with a 24-17 setback Saturday against Portland State at Martin Stadium.
