Which WSU true freshmen redshirt this season?

THREE COUGAR TRUE FRESHMEN on scholie saw action in Saturday's opener, leaving 13 other scholarship true freshmen at Washington State who could be in line for a redshirt season.

The three Cougar true freshman on scholarship who played on Saturday: CB Darrien Molton, WR Tavares Martin (pictured above) and LB Logan Tago.

The scholarship true freshman who did not play: K Matt Abramo, OL Cedric Bigge-Duren, S Hunter Dale, DE T.J. Fehoko, QB Tyler Hilinski, DL Hunter Mattox, LB Nnamdi Oguayo, OL Noah Osur-Myers, OL Davis Perrott, S Kameron Powell, OL Amosa Sakaria, WR Kyle Sweet, RB James Williams.

Dale was again listed in the two-deeps on the official depth chart that was just released for Week 2, so he could become the fourth true freshman to see game action and as soon as this Saturday.

Fifteen players made their WSU debut on Saturday: S Shalom Luani, LS Lucas Gravelle, H/WR Kaleb Fossum, WR Kyrin Priester, DL Hercules Mata’afa, LB Chandler Leniu, LB Aaron Porter, OL Cody O’Connell, LB Nate DeRider, RB Keith Harrington, P Zach Charme, QB Peyton Bender, along with Martin, Molton and Tago.

Five Cougars logged their first start in the opener: RB Gerard Wicks, Nickel Isaac Dotson, Rush Ivan McLennan, Luani and Molton.
