CFC TV: Salave’a eyes Coug DL present, future

PULLMAN –Destiny Vaeao and Darryl Paulo each arrived in Pullman on the quiet side. One is no longer all that reserved, says WSU d-line coach Joe Salave’a, but both have made great strides over their Cougar careers. With the two d-linemen graduating, Salave’a also spoke about the still-growing potential of second-year freshmen Hercules Mata’afa and Ngalu Tapa.

Mata’afa is still learning, Salave’a noted.  And he also talked about another Cougar d-lineman who captured fan interest after he arrived in the same 2014 class: Tapa.
