Washington State backup quarterback Peyton Bender talks about entering the game late, while safety Isaac Dotson is happy to be back

PULLMAN -- Washington State backup quarterback Peyton Bender took a simple approach in his preparation to enter the game during the third quarter of the Cougars' 27-3 win Saturday against Colorado at Martin Stadium. He said he "just strapped up and started warming up on the sidelines." And safety Isaac Dotson told injured quarterback Luke Falk that the team would take care of the rest of the game.

Bender also discussed what he has learned from Falk and his comfort level with Sam Flor, who started in place of Riley Sorenson at center. As for Dotson, he is happy to be back after missing several games with an injury earlier this season. He also talked about linebacker Jeremiah Allison's impact on the defense and more.
