Gunnar Eklund, Gerard Wicks both praise Washington State's offensive line after a 27-3 win Saturday against Colorado

PULLMAN -- Offensive lineman Gunnar Eklund subscribes to the old "win one game a week" method, but even he admitted that Washington State's 27-3 win Saturday against Colorado was different. That is because it was his final home game at Martin Stadium, where he wants to develop a tradition of winning. Also, Gerard Wicks discussed the big holes the offensive line created for him.

Wicks was happy with his performance -- he was the Cougars' first running back to surpass 100 rushing yards in a game since James Montgomery in 2010 -- but the win meant much more to him. Eklund also discussed the play of left tackle Andre Dillard and center Sam Flor. That pair replaced injured starters.
