Washington State hurdler C.J. Allen running toward Olympic Games in Rio

WASHINGTON STATE hurdler C.J. Allen needs to shave less than a second from his personal best to try out for the U.S. Olympic team. Considered the world’s 14th fastest hurdler in the 400 meters, the Murrow News Service documents his quest to compete in the upcoming games in Rio.

Allen’s personal best time in his favored event is 50.16 seconds. The automatic qualifying mark to compete in the Olympic trials is 49.5 seconds.
