BASEBALL: Cougs end season with a loss

WASHINGTON STATE fell 11-5 to Cal in the final game of the season on Sunday. The Cougars wrapped up Marty Lees' first season at the helm with a 19-35 record and an 11-19 mark in Pac-12 play.

Junior Cameron Frost and sophomore Jack Strunc each had two hits in the loss.

Senior Patrick McGrath (pictured above) closed his Cougar career with an RBI-single in the eighth inning.

Scotty Sunitsch took the loss after allowing seven runs on nine hits in four innings.
