Neville finished the night going 18-of-30, for 321 yards and three touchdowns, but Wilsonville fell to No. 7 South Medford by a final score of 73-34.
In the first half, things were shaky for the four-star quarterback. Trailing 7-0, Neville threw an interception, which was taken back to the house by South Medford. Less than a minute later, though, Neville bounced back by throwing a 54-yard touchdown pass to teammate Andrew Merrick.
Things went downhill from there, however, as Neville threw two more interceptions before the halftime break and Wilsonville entered the locker room down 57-13. In the first half, Neville threw three interceptions and had a fumble, for four total turnovers. He finished with the three INTs on the night.
He'll look to bounce back next Friday night as Wilsonville heads to Franklin (Portland) for its second game of the campaign.
