Talk about bouncing back with a bang.
After throwing three interceptions in a loss last week, four-star quarterback prospect Neville was on fire Friday night for his Wilsonville High team, who came out on top 70-36. In the victory, Neville went 24-of-39 for 432 yards and seven touchdowns.
He added 45 rushing yards and two additional scores, for 479 total yards of offense and nine touchdowns.
And Neville and the rest of the Wilsonville starters were pulled at the end of third quarter.
“Connor’s got the talent, he’s got the receiving corps that can catch it, he’s got the line that can block for him. When everything’s clicking, we’re good,” Wilsonville coach Adam Guenther told OregonLive.com.
On the season, Neville now has 11 touchdowns.
