Pullman police chief joined by Bill Moos at PPD press conference on the arrest of Cougar footballers Robert Barber and T.J. Fehoko

PULLMAN – The CF.C camera was rolling as Bill Moos joined Pullman police chief Gary Jenkins in a Friday afternoon PPD press conference announcing the results of the police investigation into a July incident at a party involving Cougar football players. Jenkins said Cougars Robert Barber and T.J. Fehoko were arrested and released Friday morning for their part in the incident.

Recommended charges of second degree assault will be forwarded next week, by the PPD to the Whitman County prosecutor’s office, on Barber and Fehoko. The prosecutor's office will then determine if charges will be filed.

Moos and Jenkins were asked a wide variety of topics surrounding the recent history of Pullman police and WSU football players, including Mike Leach's comments this week that football players are having their names dragged through the newspapers while the other individuals involved have not been mentioned.

Here’s the video, broken into three parts.
