NFL Cougar Highlights: Week Four

JACKSONVILLE RUNNING BACK Chris Ivory turned in another lackluster performance on Sunday, but was the only Cougar alum to play on a winning NFL team in week four contests.

Ivory rushed the ball eight times for 29 yards, with a long of 13, in the Jaguars 30-27 win against Indianapolis. He recorded no receptions, but was targeted just once.

He’s rushed for 43 yards on 20 carries through 2 games thus far, having sat the first 2 games of the season with and unspecified “medical issue.”

Hybrid linebacker Deone Bucannon tallied five tackles (3 solo) for Arizona, but the Cardinals fell to Los Angeles Rams, 17-13.

Defensive end Xavier Cooper assisted on two tackles in Cleveland’s 31-20 loss to Washington.

Destiny Vaeao and his Philadelphia Eagles had a bye week, while guard Joe Dahl was listed on the active roster for Detroit in their 17-14 loss to Chicago.
