WASHINGTON STATE is ranked No. 23 in the nation. Wait, make that No. 12. No, no, no, the Cougs are ranked 19th in the land. Confused with all the rankings out there? Here's the rundown.

In the College Football Computer Composite, which uses five of the computer rankings that comprised the BCS, Washington State is No. 14 in the nation (CFCC comprises Richard Billingsley, Wes Colley, Ken Massey, Peter Wolfe and Jeff Sagarin).
