POLLS: Washington State climbs in AP and Coaches polls on Sunday

WHILE SOME CONTINUE to comment on Washington State's slow start this season, this team ignores all of that and has gone on a winning streak that has them rising up in the Coaches and AP top 25 polls.

Rising through the ranks of the top 25, Washington State checks in at No. 20 this week's Coaches poll, jumping up three spots from last week. The same held true in the Associate Press metric.

Three other Pac-12 teams edged up while one stumbled and fell down a few pegs. Here's the rest of the conference ball clubs who earned a place in the Top 25.

No. 7 Washington (9-1) down three spots

No. 11 Utah (8-2) up one spot

No. 12 Colorado (8-2) up three spots

No. 19 USC (7-3) broke into the Top 25 up seven spots

The Cougs take on Colorado (12:30 Pacific/Fox) this Saturday in Boulder. The Buffs are 4 1/2-point favorite in the early line from Las Vegas.
