Cougar wide receiver C.J. Dimry will fulfill childhood dream today of playing in Qualcomm

COUGAR WIDEOUT C.J. Dimry gets to live his dream today in the Holiday Bowl. He watched his dad, Charles Dimry, play for the San Diego Chargers and also saw his first Super Bowl there, says the Seattle Times. But there's one thing C.J. can do today in Qualcomm that dad never did.

Catch a touchdown pass.

Dimry is a fifth-year senior but is waiting to hear from the NCAA on his waiver request for a sixth year of eligibility due to injury. A sixth year is generally granted when a player has missed two seasons (or close to it) due to injury. Dimry missed the 2015 season with WSU and had one catch in another season in junior college.
