WSU releases spring football dates

WASHINGTON STATE has released the dates for its spring football session which kicks off next month. The Cougars are scheduled to practice Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at Martin Stadium and/or Rogers Field, with 15 sessions starting on March 23 and finishing in Pullman on April 25.

CF.C will be keeping you locked in this spring but if you get the chance to head to Pullman, here's the schedule to plan your trip around.

The first two days of the spring are NCAA-mandated helmets-only sessions, after which the pads go on.

The spring game will again be held at Joe Albi Stadium in Spokane. This year it falls on Saturday, April 22 at 2 p.m.

The spring game under Mike Leach is always the penultimate spring practice session, with the 15th and final spring practice held in Pullman. Leach uses that final session to work on areas from the spring game the coaching staff has identified as most in need of attention.

The practice times in Pullman are all listed as TBA on the schedule above from WSU’s twitter account.

WSU has not released its Spokane Week schedule culminating in the spring game but for reference, here’s last year’s slate.
