DL Fehoko no longer with WSU football program

RESERVE COUGAR d-lineman T.J. Fehoko, a second-year freshman this past season, is no longer with the football program, WSU SID Bill Stevens confirmed to Cougfan.com.

Fehoko (6-1, 270) did not appear in a game for the Cougars this past season after redshirting his first year.

It’s unknown if Fehoko is finishing out the semester academically at WSU. Citing program policy, Stevens declined further comment beyond confirming Fehoko was no longer with the football team and Fehoko did not immediately respond to a CF.C request for comment.

Fehoko last year was initially expelled by the Student Conduct Board for allegedly assaulting another student at a party but after the courts granted a stay in the case of Robert Barber,  WSU announced it had lifted the ruling in order to conduct a review of other Student Conduct Board cases.

Fehoko is the fifth known scholarship player to depart the football program this offseason with eligibility remaining. Three are on track to graduate at the end of the semester and remain in school: defensive back Charleston White, offensive lineman Carlos Freeman and safety Darius Lemora. All are fourth-year juniors. Safety Kameron Powell , a second-year freshman, is also finishing out the semester with plans to transfer.
