Crimson and Gray Week underway in Spokane

THE HIGHLIGHT OF Washington State's week in Spokane takes place Saturday with the Crimson and Gray game. But there are a number of other events taking place in the days ahead of the game, and on Saturday before the action gets underway.

The CAF Coaches Lunch with Mike Leach on Monday is taking place at Hotel RL. On Monday night, the Cougs take on Gonzaga in baseball at 6pm at Washington Trust Field.

Thursday’s Ladies Night at WSU Connections will be hosted by KXLY’s Melissa Luck at 6pm, click here for more information. 

The Crimson and Gray Gala at Northern Quest Resort (invitation only) kicks off at 6:30 pm Friday.

The  gates open Saturday at Joe Albi Stadium at 11:30 am.  Early events include Kids Zone, Inflatables, Junior Cougar Registration, Butch’s 12 Days Challenge Drop Off, Sign Up to Win Prizes, Food and a Drink/Beer Garden.

From 12-1 pm, the Kid’s Skills Challenge takes place featuring passing accuracy, kicking field goals, 3-cone drill, speed ladder, dummy weave, 20-yard shuttle and the 40-yard dash.

The Crimson and Gray Game gets underway at 2 pm, featuring Team Crimson vs. Team Gray.  After the game, fans can join the players on the field for autographs.

The spring game is the 14th practice for the Cougs. The 15th and final practice of the spring session will be held Tuesday in Pullman.
