PHOTO SAFARI: Cougs rout Beavs

WASHINGTON STATE rediscovered the power of aggressive defense, Derrick Low joined the 1,000-point club, Aron Baynes had a dunk-fest, and Taylor Rochestie tied his WSU high for assists Thursday night. It was all part of the Cougs' 69-46 victory over Oregon State, played in front of more than 10,000 crimson faithful. Here's how the scene unfolded in front of the camera lens ...

The No. 8 Cougars are now 15-1 overall and 3-1 in Pac-10 play. They host Oregon, who has beaten the Cougs in 13 straight games, on Sunday with a 5 p.m. tipoff and FSN television coverage. The Ducks lost Thursday to Washington, 78-70.

For the Cougs, Low was a hot hand, hitting 6 of 9 field goals -- three from way downtown -- and finishing with 15 points. In the process he eclipsed 1,000 career points as a Cougar. Baynes, with 17 points, was the only other Cougar in double figures.
