NFL Cougar Highlights: Week Thirteen

FORMER WSU GREAT Jerome "The Ghost" Harrison haunted the end zone twice on Sunday, helping Cleveland put a scare into a San Diego squad with two fourth quarter touchdown catches. The comeback fell short, however, with the Browns eventually losing to the Chargers, 30-23.

Here's how all of the NFL Cougars performed in week 13 :

Husain Abdullah, S, Minnesota, 2nd season: No stats from Vikings Sunday night loss to Arizona.

Tyron Brackenridge, CB, Jacksonville, 3rd season: Recorded six tackles (5 solo) in win against Houston.

Erik Coleman, S, Atlanta, 6th season: The Spokane native tallied just two tackles in 34-6 loss to Philadelphia.

Jed Collins, FB, Cleveland, 2nd season:Did not play; signed to the Browns' practice squad last week after being released from Arizona the week prior.

Devard Darling, WR, Kansas City, 6th season: Did not play; out for the season with a knee injury.

Eric Frampton, S, Minnesota, 3rd season: Posted two special teams tackles in loss to the Cardinals.

Devin Frischknecht, TE, Green Bay, rookie : Did not play; on injured reserve (knee).

Brandon Gibson, WR, St. Louis, rookie: Caught three passes for 38 yards in Rams loss to Chicago. Also lost one fumble.

Jason Hanson, K, Detroit, 18th season: Missed a 55-yard goal attempt when it hit the crossbar, but made is lone PAT kick in loss to Cincinnati.

Jerome Harrison, RB, Cleveland, 4th season: The Ghost got the starting nod this weekend and responded with two touchdown receptions in a loss to San Diego. Caught 7 passes in all for 62 yards and added 35 on the ground on 10 carries.

Jason Hill, WR, San Francisco, 3rd season: No stats from the 49ers loss to Seattle.

Rian Lindell, K, Buffalo, 10th season: The Vancouver native was true on two field goal attempts (long of 49) and one extra point try in the Bills fall to Miami on Thursday.

Rob Meier, DE/DT, Jacksonville, 10th season: Did not play; out for the season with a shoulder injury.

Karl Paymah, CB, Minnesota, 5th season: Recorded one special teams tackle in loss to Arizona.

Ropati Pitoitua, DE, New York Jets, 1st year: Declared a healthy scratch for the Jets win against Buffalo.

Marcus Trufant, DB, Seattle, 7th season: Made seven tackles (6 solo) in victory over San Francisco. Despite playing in just six games this season, he leads the NFL in pass interference calls.
