Washington got a commitment last week from Dorsey (Los Angeles) QB Joseph Gray and he promptly went out the following day and racked up almost 200 yards passing in a 22-21 over Mira Mesa. Dorsey (Los Angeles) QB Joseph Gray – Washington's most recent commit made his pledge last Thursday and on Friday he led the Dons to a 22-21 win over Mira Mesa by going 16 of 26 for 195 yards with 1 touchdown and 1 interception. He also rushed for 40 yards on 9 carries.

Season totals: 70 of 121 (57.9%), 1,303 yards, 13 TD and 3 INT; 24 carries for 122 yards and 1 TD

Dorsey (Los Angeles) LB Matthew Lyons – Lyons helped Dorsey get to 5-0 by racking up 7 tackles and 2 interceptions in a 22-21 win over Mira Mesa.

Skyline (Sammamish, Wa.) WR Kasen Williams – In Skyline's 55-34 win over Newport, Williams totaled 3 receptions for 75 yards and 1 touchdown and had a punt return for a touchdown as well. According to his parents, Williams was nursing a groin injury and likely won't play much this weekend.

Skyline (Sammamish, Wa.) DE/TE Connor Cree – In the Spartans' 55-34 win over Newport, Cree had 9 tackles (6 solo), 2 forced fumbles and 1 sack. Skyline is now 5-1 with their only loss an opening game defeat at the hands of Liberty.

Poly (Long Beach, Ca.) CB Kameron Jackson – In the Jackrabbits' 27-14 win over rival Lakewood, Jackson was solid posting 4 tackles and 2 passes defensed.

Oak Grove (San Jose, Ca.) LB Scott Lawyer – Oak Grove completely dominated Santa Teresa 51-0 last Friday and because of that, the Eagle coaches decided to sit Lawyer down so he could heal up from a badly bruised collarbone. Lawyer informed that he expects to play this weekend.

Pacifica (Garden Grove, Ca.) CB Joel Willis – In Pacifica's 7-2 loss to Kennedy, Willis had 6 receptions for 77 yards on offense and 8 tackles on defense.

Season totals: 57 tackles, 2 forced fumbles; 24 rec., 576 yards, 4 TD; 145 yards rushing, 1 TD; 1 punt return for a 75 yard TD.

Gig Harbor (Wa.) TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins – Seferian-Jenkins had a huge game last week in the Tides' 20-17 win over Central Kitsap. The talented tight end finished the game with 7 receptions for 129 yards including a 73-yard touchdown reception.

Season Totals: 30 rec., 405 yards, 3 TD; 12 tackles, two passes defensed, one that resulted in an interception, and 5 sacks.

Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas) S Evan Zeger – The Gaels whooped up on Western High School so the starters only played two quarters of their 56-0 win, but Zeger had a solid game nonetheless, posting 1 reception for 11 yards and 1 TD as well as 5 tackles, 2 passes defensed and 1 interception.

Season totals: 7 rec., 277 yards, 5 TD; 32 tackles, 1 forced fumble, 2 interception; 3 punt returns for 26 yards; 5 kickoff returns for 179 yards, 1 TD

Jordan (Long Beach, Ca.) OL Siosifa Tufunga – In the Panthers' 22-20 loss to El Toro, Tufunga helped pave the way for a running game that rolled up over 200 yards.

Stanwood (Wa.) OL Dexter Charles – Stanwood continues to struggle and are now 0-6 after a 29-14 loss to Arlington. No stats were available for this game.

Paramount (Ca.) OL/DL Maataua Brown – Brown and his Paramount teammates lost to Monrovia 27-7 Friday, but the Husky commit was solid on the defensive side of the ball notching 8 tackles and a sack.
