Dawgman.com on KJR Thursday

Scott Eklund, Chris Fetters and Kim Grinolds will take over the airwaves Thursday, filling in for Dave 'Softy' Mahler from 10 am-1 pm on KJR-950AM. Guests on the show include two former UW football players - Roy Lewis and Steve Emtman, as well as other surprises. It will also be simulcast through Comcast in the Seattle area on Channel 179.

Lewis, who plays defensive back and also captains the special teams for the Seattle Seahawks, was recently place on injured reserve after a knee issue forced him out of action. Lewis was also named the Seahawks Man of the Year for 2010 for his work in the community.

Emtman is arguably the most recognizable player off Washington's 1991 National Championship team, and was drafted No. 1 by the Indianapolis Colts in the 1992 NFL Draft.

During the show, we will also be giving away a trip for two to the Holiday Bowl to watch the Husky Football team take on the Nebraska Cornhuskers on the 30th of December.

Listen to 950 KJR every "LIVE and LOCAL" hour ... the 10th caller will be taken after the Jake Locker highlight is aired during the 10 o'clock and 11 o'clock hours.

The grand prize includes:
Roundtrip airfare for two (2) on Alaska Airlines.
One night stay at the Manchester Grand Hyatt for you and a guest on December 30th at the Team and KJR Hotel. If you are going to the game and want a room there, go to huskybowlgame.com.
