USC Nike camp profile - Geoff Schwartz

Geoff Schwartz is a 6-7, 300-pound offensive lineman from Pacific Palisades (Calif.) Palisades, and Schwartz was one of the more imposing figures on the USC football fields Sunday as the best of the best measured themselves against each other at the SoCal Nike camp. For Schwartz, the camp was a new experience, and also a positive one.

"Learning new techniques and the running really helped me," Schwartz told TheInsiders.com after the camp was complete. "It was good to see the other competition you're going up against. It makes you work harder."

Schwartz worked as hard as any of the offensive linemen, clocking a 5.2 40 and a 4.8 shuttle.

On the recruiting front, Geoff is receiving attention from UCLA, USC, Oregon, Stanford, Washington, Arizona State, Colorado, Kansas, Alabama, LSU, Boston College and Columbia, but nobody has stepped up to the plate with a scholarship offer.

"UCLA, Oregon and Stanford at the top of my list," Schwartz said.
