"It was really good," Harper told Dawgman.com. "Went to the team hotel and bonded with the players and watched them go through their pre-game and then when we got to the stadium where the Seahawks play and man, it was rockin' in there. It was a great atmosphere and it was real good."
Harper's host while he was in Seattle was S Will Shamburger and he also knew DE Josh Shirley as well.
"(Shamburger) showed me around and I really bonded well with him," Harper said. "I knew Josh Shirley from when he played ball down here at Kaiser so he was another guy I knew up there."
While he was on his trip, Harper also turned recruiter working on a couple of the other prospects on their officials this weekend.
"I was getting on Jaydon Mickens and Jeremy Castro a lot," Harper said. "They didn't commit or anything, but I'm working on them."
Even though Harper said he is committed to Washington, he said he does plan to take visits to see other schools including a trip to UCLA next month.
"I'll visit UCLA in December sometime and I will probably visit some other schools, but I don't have any more visits set up," Harper said. "As far as taking visits to other schools, I think guys should do that if they feel they need to. You only get to do this once and you need to make sure you are with the right school so, if a guy wants to take a visit, then he should do that."
Harper and his Colony teammates beat Moreno Valley 31-28 Friday night and will take on Rancho Verde this coming Friday in the state playoffs.
