Enewally discusses favorites, timeline

One of the top recruits still left on Washington's recruiting board is Gahr (Cerritos, Ca.) DB Patrick Enewally and Dawgman.com spoke to the talented DB recently to get his thoughts on his top four schools as well as a definitive timeline for when a decision will be made...

"Everything's been good for me and I'm still thinking about what I want to do as far as where I want to play ball," Enewally told Dawgman.com. "I've been really blessed to have all of these schools after me and it's a really tough decision, but I'll decide and then commit on January 27th at the B2G West Coast Bowl."

As far as visits, Enewally has already visited two of his favorites -- Washington and Boise State -- and over the next couple weeks, he will visit the other two schools he is considering -- UCLA and California.

"I'll visit UCLA on January 18th and I'm not sure when I will visit Cal, either this weekend or the week after (UCLA)," Enewally said.

So with that in mind, here are his thoughts on his four favorites...

Washington - "Seattle really felt like home to me. I loved the atmosphere there and they are having a really great class right now. They have some really talented guys there and I feel like they are set to have a great class that can help them for the future."

Boise State - "Their DB coach up there is from the NFL and that's my goal, to go to the NFL. I really enjoyed my visit there too."

Cal - "I just had an in-home visit with their new DB coach there, coach (Randy) Stewart, and I found out that he coached Nnamdi Asomugha when he was at Cal the first time he was there, so that really made an impression."

UCLA - "They are definitely on the rise. They had a great season and I think they improved a lot. The program there is great and I like the coaches."

We will continue to keep in touch with Enewally as he gets closer to making his decision and will update news as it happens with him.
