Washington Commit Stats - Week 8

Sacred Heart Prep (Atherton, Ca.) LB Ben Burr-Kirven - In his first game of the season after nursing an Achilles injury back to health, Burr-Kirven was integral in his team’s 49-28 win over Terra Nova as he carried the ball four times for 143 yards and he posted two touchdowns. On the defensive side of the ball, the senior linebacker posted eight tackles (six solo) and two sacks. The win helped push the Gators to 6-0.

Crespi (Encino, Ca.) LB D.J. Beavers - Beavers had seven tackles and a sack in the Celts’ 56-21 win over Notre Dame last week.

Westlake (Westlake Village, Ca.) WR Andre Baccellia - In his team’s thrilling 30-27 win over Newbury Park, Baccellia had his best game of the season, hauling in six receptions for 97 yards.

Bellevue (Wa.) OL Henry Roberts - Bellevue beat Liberty 37-0 by mashing their way for 216 yards on the ground. Bellevue has won 61-straight games going all the way back to 2009.

O’Dea (Seattle, Wa.) RB Myles Gaskin - In O’Dea’s first loss of the season, a 26-20 loss to Eastside Catholic, Gaskin was able to rush for 189 yards and two scores (27, 88).

George Bush (Richmond, Tx.) LB Myles Rice - The Mustangs lost to Texas City 7-0 in a defensive battle last week. Rice played in the first half, posting two tackles, before tearing the ACL in his right leg.
