Weekend Visitors List

The first weekend after the conclusion of the regular season is upon us and Washington will host six official visitors this weekend...

Here's a look at who will be in Seattle this weekend to see what the Husky football program has to offer...

Cheyenne (Wy.) East LB Tevis Bartlett - Bartlett (pictured above) is down to his final visit and it will be to Washington. The Huskies have been on him since the summer and he's been a player that has shot up recruiting boards with an outstanding senior season. The talented linebacker's top five is UW, Colorado, Iowa, Oregon and Utah and the Huskies look to be in prime position to get him to commit before Christmas.

Marysville (Wa.) Pilchuck ATH Austin Joyner - Joyner was committed to Washington State up until this weekend, but when Cougars head coach Mike Leach fired his defensive coordinator, things got thrown into flux. Washington will get a visit this weekend and he will visit Boise State next weekend. Will he make take his scheduled trip to Pullman in late January as planned? We'll have to see what happens.

Lincoln (Tacoma, Wa.) LB Jusstis Warren - A physical specimen who can play the BUCK linebacker spot in Washington's hybrid 3-4 scheme. Washington State was Warren's only big offer until about two weeks ago when California and the Huskies came into the picture.

Monrovia (Ca.) CB Octavius Spencer - An athletic prospect who has seen his stock rise with several schools. Spencer's visit to Oregon last weekend put the Ducks in the driver's seat, but Washington will get a chance to swing him back their way this weekend.

L.A. Pierce (JUCO) S Ezekiel Turner - Turner's recruitment really began to pick up in October when several schools came in and offered. Washington was one of the first to offer, but they have stiff competition for Turner's services with schools like Arizona State, Oklahoma, Purdue and Illinois to compete with.

Beaverton (Or.) OL Jared Hilbers - The only commit that will be on campus this weekend, Hilbers is a big, physically gifted line prospect who committed during the summer to the Dawgs.
