Hurricanes No. 1 in First TheInsiders.com Poll

SEATTLE – They may be second everywhere else, but the Miami Hurricanes are No. 1 in the eyes of TheInsiders.com college football experts.

Fresh off their 33-0 pounding of Penn State, the Hurricanes were assigned the top position in the debut TheInsiders.com Top 25 College Football Poll.

Florida, which crunched Marshall 49-14 behind sophomore quarterback Rex Grossman, is No. 2, and Oklahoma, which blasted Air Force 44-3, is No. 3.

Rounding out TheInsiders.com poll's initial Top Five are Florida State and Nebraska.
