"Oh man, it was a great time. I had a lot of fun up there," Tagaloa told Dawgman.com shortly after returning home. "I got to hang out with a bunch of thge Poly players -- Vita Vea, Benning Potoae -- and a couple of other guys like Darrell Daniels and Jake Browning and the whole place really just felt like home to me."
Vea was Tagaloa's official host, but he said that the player hosts and recruits spent most of their time together.
"Benning was (Devin Asiasi's) host so we spent a lot of time together," Tagaloa noted. "The thing that stuck out to me most was probably the environment there. It really feels like a family there and they make you feel really at home there."
With his trip to Montlake in the rear-view mirror, Tagaloa will now focus on his final three official visits.
"I've already visited UCLA (on December 12), so I have three left," Tagaloa said. "I'll visit Michigan this weekend and then I will visit Utah in the middle of the week (January 27th - 29th) and then USC will be my final visit, the last weekend of the month.
"I'll do in-home visits with all of the coaches recruiting me, I think coach (Chris) Petersen's in-home will be at some point this week, but I'm not sure on the date yet and then after my USC visit, I'll go home and sit down with my family and decide.
"Devin and I will both announce our decisions on Signing Day (Wednesday, February 3rd)."
Dawgman will have more on Tagaloa in the coming weeks as he narrows things down and gets closer to announcing his decision.
