"I've actually locked in the dates I'll be there," Jaggers told Dawgman.com recently. "I will be on campus on Saturday the 27th (of February)."
A big reason for Jaggers' interest in Washington is his burgeoning relationship with Husky tight ends coach Jordan Paopao.
"It's a good relationship for sure," Jaggers said. "He's a guy that I get along with well and he's made the effort to see me every chance he gets and that means a lot as well."
Other trips that Jaggers is looking at include USC this coming weekend (February 20th) and possibly UCLA at some point next month, but he hasn't set up an exact date for that.
"I also might take a couple more later on, but I'm not really sure right now," Jagger said.
As far as a timeline is concerned, Jaggers said he hopes to decide before his senior season, but he isn't willing to rush his decision, so if he needs more time, he will take it.
While he knows a time frame for when he'd like to decide, he's also been thinking about what criteria he'll be looking for when he ultimately makes his decision.
"Academics, the area and the scheme are I think my main factors," Jaggers noted. "Whether the academics get me where I want to be after football, if I can see myself living in that area for four or five years and if the scheme fits the kind of football I want to play.
"Really I'll play wherever I get put, but I think I'm more of a pro-style, hand-in-the-dirt type who can flex-out and do things of that nature."
Jaggers is a possible early graduate, but he hasn't decided if he will do that or not.
"I've been thinking it over and a little bit ago I was leaning towards it, but now I'm not so much, so I've just been going back and forth," Jaggers added. "I guess really it will come down to my top schools and if I think I should graduate early if I'm going to go to those schools."
As a junior this past season, Jaggers totaled 12 receptions for 123 yards and one touchdown.
