Washington's coaches have been fishing for a top-rated wideout to add to their roster in 2017 and on Wednesday, they got the best news possible when St. John Bosco (Bellflower, Ca.) WR Terrell Bynum committed to them on a webcast...

Ed. Note: To listen to Bynum's commitment as it was made live, go to roughly the 7-minute mark of the above video.

"I will be going to the best school for me, the University of Washington," Bynum announced on the Ike and Rome Show. "You couldn't go wrong with the Business school there and I really like coach (Chris) Petersen and the whole staff up there."

Bynum, the 12th-rated wideout in the country and ranked number 84 in he Scout 100, chose the Huskies over offers from Arizona, Arizona State, UCLA, USC, Michigan and Nebraska among others.

Bynum is the third 2017 prospect to commit to Washington, joining Sumner (Wa.) RB Connor Wedington and Servite (Anaheim, Ca.) CB Keith Taylor.

We will have more on Bynum and get his thoughts soon, so keep checking back for more on this developing story.
