Height and Weight? - "I'd say I'm 6-3.75, 260 pounds."

What have you been up to this offseason (workouts, etc.)? - "I've been focusing on getting better because I had surgery. I got surgery in January. It was on my heel, it was for a stress fracture."

How many offers did you have? - "I'd say 30."

Besides Washington, what other schools were after you really hard? - "Michigan, Baylor, Arizona. That was my top-4 right there."

If not Washington, then what school would you have chosen? - "Either TCU or Michigan."

Why did you choose Washington? - "I like Seattle. I really like the coaching staff. I feel like Washington is a place where I can really concentrate."

What did you enjoy about the recruiting process? - "I loved all the visits and really all the love from the fans."

What did you hate about the recruiting process? - "Yeah. It got annoying after a couple months. It got really annoying."

Funny story/anecdote from the recruiting process? - "Not that I remember."

What are you going to miss when you enroll at UW? - "The Texas weather."

Assuming you have talked with the UW staff, what have they said about where you'll play once you get to UW? - "Most likely stand-up end."

What kind of car do you drive? - "I have a Toyota Camry."

What's your favorite movie? - "I have to think about that. I'd probably say Transformers. The second one."

What's your favorite CD/music on your iPod right now? - "Young Thug."

What's your favorite kind of food? - "I love burgers. I always got to have it with barbecue, bacon and avocado."
