Scout Radio: Tim Tramp was at the 2nd annual Mustang Classic Passing Tournament in Redmond, Wash., this past Saturday, and one of the teams participating in the event was the Arlington Eagles and their new head coach, Tim Tramp.

Up to this point, Tramp was known in Seattle-area prep football circles as the long-standing coach at Lake Washington High School, but has since moved on to Arlington. He is extremely excited to be heading up the Eagles' program, and talked to about two players for the 2008 class - Travis Doggett and Brandon Gunter - that could end up being top D1-A prospects down the road.

We also spoke with Tramp about one of his former players, Lake Washington tight end Chris Izbicki. Izbicki, who is verbally committed to Washington for the 2007 class, is rated by as the 3rd-best TE in the country, and Tramp gives plenty of insight as to why he believes Izbicki will be an impact player for the Huskies.
