All fans are invited to join the production team of The Washington Football Experience at the Ram Restaurant in University Village beginning at 6:30 on Thursday night, September 5th for a special interactive Viewing Party. Experience narrator Rick DuPree, Executive Producer Jon Horton and other key personnel from the program will be in attendance at the event.
Also look for a chat on Dawgman.com following the Thursday airing, where there could be 'special guests' that have been invited to talk about the 'Experience' and also their take on Husky football.
The chat has a tentative start time of 8PM Thursday evening.
Following the airing of the show on Fox Sports Net, which will be shown on the Ram's Big Screen, DuPree, Horton and the Experience team will take questions, hear feedback and discuss the making of the program. Some of the topics will include the Experience concept, the use of sound and the mission of the project.
This week's Michigan game brought up many challenges for the Experience production team including how to handle a heartbreaking loss while giving Husky fans a reason to watch the show. "Whether it is a victory or a defeat, you will find a reason to be proud of your team," says the show's Executive Producer Jon Horton. "On the first show, we will present many stories that fans will not have heard about extensively. It will be these stories that people will talk about as the next game approaches."
The RAM Restaurant and Big Horn Brewery is located at 4730 University Village Place
NE, Seattle, Washington. For directions, call the Ram at (206) 525-3565.
The Washington Football Experience premieres September 5th on Fox Sports Net and will air every Thursday night throughout the college football season.
