Tschirgi sets up first Pac-10 visit

Vancouver (Wash.) Skyview OL Josh Tschirgi just got off the phone earlier this evening with Oregon line Coach Neal Zoumboukos and the 6-4, 275-pound Tschirgi confirmed that his first official visit to a Pac-10 school has been set.

We have set up an official visit to the University of Oregon for January 17th through January 19th," Josh told Dawgman.com. "It is an official visit."

Another school has stepped up with a scholarship offer. "I also have received a scholarship offer from the University of Montana," he said. "I list them as a high interest right now. I like their program a lot, and talked to Joe Glenn on the phone, the head coach." Idaho State is the other school to have offered Tschirgi at this point in the recruiting process.

Skyview is 3-2 for the season, coming off a big win over Fort Vancouver, 43-12. "We are looking to beat Battle Ground in this week's Homecoming game," Tschirgi said.
