Kovalcheck putting process on hold?

When Richard Kovalcheck left his official visit to Washington, he was a bit unclear as to where he stood. Was he the Huskies' number one quarterback choice? Were they looking at other quarterback prospects? Just what was the deal? Well, it's been almost two weeks and you would assume that Richard's questions would have been answered with a simple phone call, but that hasn't been the case.

"No, I haven't talked to them at all yet," Kovalcheck told Dawgman.com. "It's different. I expected to hear from them but it's OK. I know they are going to call me. It doesn't bother me at all. I know they are into their season right now and I'm into mine too."

St. Augustine has a bye this weekend and then will play the winner of La Jolla-Coronado.

Richard has also been talking about setting up a trip to Tennessee, but his playoffs have put that on the back burner. "I haven't been able to set up a date yet because I don't know what the rest of the playoff schedule is going to be," Kovalcheck said.
