"I'd say I'm leaning to Washington at this point," Daniels said. "I talked to Coach Nueheisel and Coach Kennedy last night and I told them that I'm still taking my UCLA trip but that I'm leaning toward coming to Washington. I really like the area up there and the football program. The only downside is that it rains, but I can get used to that. It's not that big of a deal."
Quintin also went on to say that he likes UCLA a lot and since he knows some of the players there, including former Loyola grad Matt Ware he knows he would be comfortable there. He's still a little leary of the situation there however because of the new coaching staff.
The Huskies got a big shot in the arm this week when Quintin's Mother went up to Seattle to check UW out. It got her seal of approval and then some. "Quintin's Father went up with him on his official visit, but I wanted to see it for myself," she said. "I loved it up there. I really like the campus a lot."
Unless the Bruins can really pull a rabbit out of their hat with Quintin, it sure looks good for the Huskies right now.
