DawgmanRadio - Jamaal Williams

SEATTLE - Dawgman.com's Kim Grinolds caught up with former UW hoopster Jamaal Williams, who was part of Washington's deep tourney run that ended with an overtime defeat to Connecticut in the NCAA Tournament round of 16. The power forward from California - a transfer to UW from New Mexico - scored 28 in that game.

Williams, who is currently living in Seattle, talked about the similarities and differences between this senior team and this current Husky club. He also talked about the loss of assistant Cameron Dollar, who is now the head coach at Seattle University.

He also talked about the Pac-10 tournament, and the benefits of playing an earlier game on Thursday (this interview was done Tuesday morning, before the Pac-10 changed times around so that UW would be playing the late game Thursday night).
