Huskies on Falo's radar

Sacramento (Calif.) Inderkum DT/OL Nathan Falo has seen recruiting pick up over the past few weeks as coaches have been out on the road during the May evaluation period. Washington is one of the schools to give him a look, but with that said, he already knows which school is his dream school...

"You could say that UCLA is my dream school," Falo told "I have always liked them and their program, but I'm keeping my options open.

"Washington State and Boise State have both offered me as an offensive lineman and Cal Poly seems to like me as a defensive lineman."

While starting at right tackle and defensive tackle for Inderkum last season, Falo is poised for a breakout season this fall due to his outstanding strength -- a 425-pound bench press and a 550-pound squat -- as well as his 5.0 speed in the forty.

"Coaches all tell me they like my motor and my strength and athleticism," Falo said. "I just go out and work hard and I think eventually it will pay off when I get on the field."

Falo is set to camp at both UCLA and San Diego State this summer and will give Washington a look as well.

"I talked to coach (Johnny) Nansen a little and I think they like me at nose tackle," Falo said. "I don't know a lot about their program, but I know they have a new coaching staff up there and coach Nansen said it's a great area, so I'd like to know more about them."

Falo is an outstanding student, posting a 3.5 GPA, as said Stanford, Oregon State, Arizona State and Fresno State have all been by the school to inquire about his services and interest.
