Berry Good

West Virginia senior defensive lineman Scooter Berry loves playing away games, and there was no better feeling for him than winning his final Backyard Brawl on the home turf of the opponent.

Scooter Berry, who showed a great deal of emotion after last year's win over the Panthers, doubled his pleasure with West Virginia's 35-10 beatdown of Pitt on Friday. While he jokingly skipped over the tears he shed after last year's game, it was clear that he held this year's win in high regard as well.

In this interview Berry discusses West Virginia's reaction to Pitt's offensive strategy, picking up for the void created by the loss of Chris Neild, and the importance of the offense's ability to extend drives and score points in the second half.
