Ten Set For Pro Am League

Ten West Virginia basketball players are set to participate in the Pittsburgh Basketball Club Pro-Am Summer League, beginning on June 18.

West Virginia players are split among four of the six teams in the league, which plays on seven nights through July 11. Playoffs commence the following week on July 16-18.

Team DA lists Kevin Noreen, Jabarie Hinds and Matt Humphrey as Mountaineer representatives, while Team SCT is scheduled to have Aric Dickerson and Pat Forsythe.

Team SPK includes Juwan Staten, Terry Henderson and Eron Harris, while Center Court counters with Dominique Rutledge and Keaton Miles.

The six teams have 12 Pitt players, and also strong representation from Robert Morris, Duquesne and Youngstown State. All games take place at the Greentree Sportsplex.

The Pro Am Summer league is one of 64 leagues certified by the NCAA for participation by college basketball players.
