Assistant coaches Keith Patterson and Daron Roberts, along with lineman Shaq Rowell, shared their thoughts and perspective on West Virginia's demoralizing loss to TCU.

Daron Roberts kept to the long view of West Virginia's improvements, but was clearly disheartened by the result of the game, which featured changes in the secondary. He emphasized the need for every player to be ready to play at any time.

After making his first college start, walk-on defensive back Cecil Level recapped his performance, which included five tackles and a forced fumble.
