Video: WVU - Kansas Friday Postgame

West Virginia wasn't able to manufacture runs against Kansas the way it normally does, but did the key hit it needed to edge the Jayhawks on Friday.

Head coach Randy Mazey noted that the large field changed West Virginia's approach somewhat, but that his team is getting better at executing in tight situations.

Brady Wilson's triple was the big blast of the game, but he knew that the ball wasn't going to get out of the spacious grounds of Epling Stadium. He detailed the at-bat and resulting hit, and noted that he made the decision to go for third when he didn't get any guidance from the coaching box.

Billy Fleming recorded three hits of Kansas ace Thomas Taylor in WVU's 1-0 win, and he outlined his approach to getting off to a good start in a new venue.
