BGN Video: Newcomers Review

A pair of West Virginia newcomers got their first taste of basketball action on Friday evening.

Remi Dibo made a quick recovery from the first surgery of his career to participate in West Virginia's season opening win over Mount St. Mary's. The quick forward reviewed his state of mind after learning he would need a scope of his knee, and detailed his feeling about his first Division I action.

Brandon Watkins wasn't expected to provide scoring punch for WVU -- in fact, the lanky forward was characterized by most as "not ready" for play this year. Yet, the freshman, who has improved by leaps and bounds, tallied ten points and was a solid contributor in the Mountaineer win.
