With his recruitment heating up the last several weeks, offensive lineman Yodny Cajuste (Miramar, Fla.) made an official visit to West Virginia this past weekend and committed to the Mountaineers.
One of the leading targets remaining on West Virginia's board made an official visit this past weekend, and gave a verbal pledge to the Mountaineers -- their 20th commitment for the class of 2014.
Miramar (Fla.) Yodny Cajuste, who initially became involved with the Mountaineers a few weeks back, shortly after his former high school coach Damon Cogdell joined the West Virginia staff, finally had the opportunity to see the Mountaineer program first hand.
Over the last few weeks, Cajuste's recruitment has soared. This weekends visit to West Virginia was squeezed in the of a visit to Florida, and a potential trip to Syracuse next weekend.
The 6-foot-6, 270 pound athlete, who is projected to play defensive line for West Virginia, chose the Mountaineers over offers from Florida, Syracuse, Temple and Florida Atlantic, among others.
BlueGoldNews.com will have more analysis on Cajuste's commitment, including quotes and film breakdown, shortly.
