A Chance at Revenge

After West Virginia's loss to Kansas in Lawrence a few weeks ago, head coach Bob Huggins and the rest of the Mountaineer basketball team mentioned how much they were looking forward to getting the Jayhawks again in Morgantown.

Now, as WVU prepares to head into the postseason, it will get that chance in the final home game of the regular season.

Kansas recently locked up its 10th consecutive regular season championship and will come into the game with a record of 23-7 and a 14-3 record in Big 12 Conference play. Loaded with plenty of NBA talent, the young Jayhawks will look to move their all-time record against West Virginia to 4-0. The Mountaineers have lost their regular season finale just once since 2010, and need a win against the Jayhawks to boost their postseason resume as they continue to solidify their case for a tournament berth.
