BGN Video: Player Reactions

Not much went right for the West Virginia basketball team in Thursday's loss to Texas.

Shots weren't falling, it wasn't getting stops and the Longhorns used a hot start in the first half to run away with a 66-49 victory to move on to the Big 12 Conference semifinals.

Sophomore Eron Harris, who was averaging almost 18 points per game coming into the game, made just one of his five attempts from the field and didn't get to the free throw line at all as he finished with three points and one rebound.

For much of the first half when West Virginia was struggling to get anything going offensively, it was freshman Brandon Watkins and junior Kevin Noreen who were able to come off the bench and get a couple of buckets to help get WVU on the board. Watkins scored 10 points and grabbed seven boards, while Noreen made both of his shots from the field and converted a free throw for five points in just eight minutes.
