BGN Video: WVU Beats Texas

For most of the 2014 season, West Virginia has been looking for some kind of consistency from the back end of its pitching staff.

WVU had leads late in games that were threatened or lost thanks to not having a reliable presence in those tough situations in the eighth and ninth inning. But the Mountaineers were able to look to their new closer, Sean Carley, to get those outs in Friday's win against No. 11 Texas.

It was his second save of the season, and Carley and head coach Randy Mazey talked about the win after the game.
